30 Day Return Policy
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, your item must:
• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Be returned in the original packaging.
• Include all accessories and parts.
Non Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
• Products without original packaging.
• Clearance or final sale items.
• Gift cards.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
