Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

United States

• Standard Shipping, 5 to 10 business days

• Express Shipping, 3 to 5 business days (when available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free Standard Shipping is available on qualifying orders over $50.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

LushNook is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We can only update the address before your order has been shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to help locate your order and provide the best possible solution.

Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged item

• Photos of the shipping box and packaging

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

International Shipping

At this time, LushNook primarily ships within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, eligible destinations will be displayed during checkout.
